ELECTION TIME IS COMING AND WE Must VOTE!

Do you know how many people in this world have died in order to try and have the rights we have, MILLIONS. We have the right to elect your officials we have the right to tell then just what we think and want. We have the right through ELECTIONS. There are so many people in this world that have put there lives on the line to be able to vote and we take it for granted.
We have to take the time to find out about the candidates and what they stand for. "Do we agree with there polices the changes they want to make for our country"? Its our JOB, its our Duty. We must try and elect the right persons from the right job. I am not saying who is right or wrong in this blog its not for me to say but I am saying, if you don't like what is going on, only YOU can change it. VOTE! Its your duty, you own that much to the fallen young man and woman that fought for the right be FREE! If you like the people that are repesenting you the vote to keep them in. If you do not like the job they are doing vote them out! When they are in office write them and tell them what you think. Its our country and they work for US remember that.

Helping our Government listen to its people

There is only one way for the people of this nation to get this Government to listen and that is to write. We must take time out of our lives and write our Representatives. I hear so many people complain about this administration, about the war, the loss of life, of the young men and woman of out Armed Forces all the reasons we should not be there. I hear about the gas prices and that they feel that the Government is not doing anything to stop the price hikes. The global warming and again nothing done about it. So you ask what can you do about it? Write ! Write ! Write! Tell your Representatives how you feel. Stop complaining and do something. Don't wait for the other guy to do it.
The people have spooking with the last election by sending a massage to the Government, that we want change, so this is the time to tell them what we want changed. You don't' like the war , tell them, you don't like the immigration laws tell them, you want free gas, tell them ( good luck with that one) but tell THEM! not your friends not your wife or husband tell your Representatives, that will listen if we all say WE WANT CHANGE!
The trouble is too few of THE PEOPLE have any say in out Government, its the special interests, the big business money, that's who the Congress and Senate listen to, where the big money is. We can change that too. With election reforms and limitations of how much money a company or a person can give a candidate. But WE must change it!
